Perry Young's bleached blonde beard has drawn both questions and laughs this week at Cincinnati Bearcats football training camp.
But that's seemingly the only thing different about the 5-11, 220-pound senior linebacker, just eight months removed from surgery to repair the torn ACL that ended his stellar 2018 campaign in early November.
"He looks really bad in that beard right now, but we won't get into that," joked Bearcats' coach Luke Fickell. "I can take his beard looking bad as long as his knee feels good. He's back to being Perry.
