WEST HARRISON, Ind. – Cortez Broughton knows that the would-be experts don't see the 2018 University of Cincinnati football team winning much, but Bearcats senior defensive tackle Broughton said he and his team naturally have other plans.
UC, coming off of two consecutive 4-8 seasons, held its first official preseason practice here Friday at Camp Higher Ground. UC was picked to finish fourth in the American Athletic Conference East division in the league's preseason media poll, and Athlon Sports projects UC with another 4-8 record.
