UC's Cronin reviews 20-point win over SMU/ Tom Groeschen
The 2017-18 season has gone about as expected for the University of Cincinnati basketball team, which enters the second half of the regular season with a 14-2 record.
UC was the preseason favorite in the American Athletic Conference, and is tied with preseason No. 2 Wichita State for the league lead at 3-0. The Bearcats have won seven straight games and on Monday improved from No. 19 to No. 14 in the Associated Press Top 25 poll.
