Practice #13 at Camp Higher Ground in West Harrison, Indiana was a hot and muggy one. The dog days of Summer is upon the Cincinnati Bearcats’ football team but that didn’t stop them from hitting sleds and each other today.
A major takeway from today was the sheer depth of UC’s running back and wide receiver corps. They’re an offensive coordinator’s dream.
Main backs Mike Boone, Hosey Williams, and Tion Green rotated fairly evenly between the first, second, and third team offense. Eddie Gran can pretty much pluck out any one of them for any given play and have the optimal option at running back.
