With Cincinnati holding a lead late, SMU closed out the game on an 11-2 run, highlighted by key rebounds, a wide-open Nic Moore three-pointer and a Jordan Tolbert block on Troy Caupain. The Bearcats struggled, yet again, to buckle down defensively and find key shots as the clock ticked down.
