Chad Bowden arrives on campus no later than 6 a.m. He leaves around 9 p.m.
That's on a slow day.
Late nights and early mornings are the only option, at least in Bowden's eyes, for him to effectively do his job.
Bowden's job is the Director of Recruiting for head coach Luke Fickell and the University of Cincinnati Bearcats football program.
It's a demanding role and a big responsibility, especially for someone who's only 26. But Bowden earned it. He's built for it.
"It's a little bit of how I was raised," he said.
