Imagine yourself running a mile. Now imagine running seven of those. Now imagine doing it in 80 degree temperatures with 90% humidity. Now imagine doing it twice a day.
I don’t know about you but I exhausted just thinking about that.
For UC football players at the Bearcats’ Fall practices in Camp Higher Ground, that’s their reality; waking up early, running seven miles during a two hour practice and doing it again in the afternoon during two-a-days. This especially from the receivers and when you see them running circles around opposing secondaries, you can see how they have the endurance to do that.
