UC's Clark, Bearcats face tough trip to Temple/ Tom Groeschen
PHILADELPHIA - With Cane Broome ailing, University of Cincinnati freshman guards Trevor Moore and Keith Williams are seeing the floor much more than expected.
An injury to a key player such as Broome obviously is never good, but it could benefit UC in the long run by providing more playing time for the freshmen. Broome (sprained ankle) was expected to miss a second straight game here Thursday night when the No. 19 Bearcats (12-2, 1-0 American Athletic Conference) played Temple (7-6, 0-2 AAC).
