Yoán Moncada homered, doubled and drove in a career-high six runs while Carlos Rodón was outstanding in winning his first game of the season as the White Sox walloped the A’s, 10–3, with back-to-back five-run innings to earn a split of the four-game series at Guaranteed Rate Field.
Moncada’s three-run double with the bases loaded started the White Sox scoring in the fifth inning and gave the Sox a 3–2 lead. The Good Guys added two more on singles by Avi García and José Abreu (click on top link below for the five-run fifth).
