Carlos Rodon has been one of the steadiest hands in the White Sox rotation since last season. But he turned in the third consecutive short outing for a Sox starter in Monday’s 5-1 loss to the Rays.
"You have to have, first of all, a good sense of feel of your body. Body awareness is a big key to anybody in any physical action that you take: swinging, hitting, throwing, running, whatever the case might be,” he said.
“And so Coop (pitching coach Don Cooper) tries to find certain key words for them to use in order to get themselves back on track.
