The White Sox reinstated infielder/outfielder Nicky Delmonico from the disabled list before Wednesday’s game against the Indians at Guaranteed Rate Field.
Delmonico had been on the DL since Aug. 25 with a sprained right wrist.
Delmonico is hitting .307 with six home runs, 12 RBIs, 17 runs scored and 15 walks over 22 games this season.
The Indians are trying to win their 14th straight game.

Sox right-hander Reynaldo Lopez takes the mound with an 0-2 record and a 6.06 ERA. He faces Indians right-hander Carlos Carrasco, who is 13-6 with a 3.
