The White Sox offense needs a spark, but they face a tough test in trying to find one against Indians right-hander Corey Kluber on Wednesday afternoon at Progressive Field.
The Sox are hitting just .213 and averaging 2.9 runs per game over their last 11 road games. They have scored just six runs over their last three games and have lost six straight to the Tigers and Indians.
But Kluber is 10-3 with a 2.24 ERA this season.
“Everybody has to play Kluber,” Sox manager Rick Renteria said.
