The Knights struck out 14 times, made two errors, and only racked up four singles offensively, but were still able to pull out the win thanks to a heroic pitching effort spearheaded by Mike Wright. The righty has been nothing but solid this season and Friday was his best start yet, completely shutting down a Nashville team boasting a 21-6 record. Wright struck out eight, walked one, and hit a batter with a pitch, in addition to giving up just two hits. Jace Fry, who has yet to give up a run in four rehab appearances, and Nik Turley, who has only given up runs n two of his 10 outings, preserved the two-hit shutout.
