The Chicago White Sox can ill-afford another injury to a top prospect this season. Unfortunately, another injury has indeed occurred to a White Sox prospect. Luis Robert, who has been off to a hot start with High-A Winston-Salem has suffered another injury setback.
In game two of the Dash’s doubleheader against the Potomac Nationals this past Saturday night, Robert was taken out of the game after just one at-bat as a designated hitter. It would be later discovered that Robert had suffered a left hand contusion according to Bruce Levine. He’s currently listed as day-to-day.
