Leury Garcia hated missing time.
The White Sox center fielder sat Sunday against the Twins and Monday’s suspended game against the Royals as he recovered from a sore right shoulder.

“You don’t want to be out of the lineup, it was unfortunate,” Garcia said Friday via an interpreter. “Things happen. I’m just trying to keep moving forward and doing the things I’m doing right now.”
Garcia has been a pain to the opposition since his return. He had three consecutive three-hit games entering Friday’s matchup against the Indians at Guaranteed Rate Field.
