White Sox lead Tigers 3-0

Todd Frazier hit his 33rd home run of the year to help the White Sox take a 3-0 lead against the Tigers on Tuesday night at Comerica Park.

Frazier hit a two-run shot to left field off Tigers lefty Daniel Norris to drive in Justin Morneau, who singled to lead off the second. Omar Narvaez walked, advanced on Tyler Saladino’s double and scored on Adam Eaton’s RBI groundout to make it 3-0.

Sox right-hander Anthony Ranaudo stranded a pair of runners in the second inning to help the Sox keep the lead.
