The Chicago White Sox have done a great job in not rushing any of their prospects to the major leagues over the past year. With the team currently rebuilding, the front office has done an excellent job in allowing their talented prospects to get enough playing experience in the minors before coming to the majors.
As shown this past season, Rick Hahn waited until prospects showed they were ready before promoting them to the major leagues. Players such as Yoan Moncada, Reynaldo Lopez, and Lucas Giolito spent significant time in the Triple-A before making their Sox debuts.
