The Chicago White Sox World Series Championship team from 2005 was once again ignored by ESPN earlier this week. This is the second time in the past year that ESPN has largely ignored the fact that the Sox won the World Series back in 2005.
On Tuesday, ESPN tweeted the Los Angeles Dodgers were 7-1 in the postseason and could join the 1998 Yankees as being the only teams in the Wild Card Era with two losses or fewer in the playoffs. This tweet was deleted but the damage had already been done again by ESPN.
