White Sox fall five below .500 with loss to Twins

MINNEAPOLIS — Just six days ago the White Sox were on the verge of .500.

But two cancellations and four losses later, the White Sox are five games under water.

On Saturday afternoon, it was instead the Minnesota Twins who reached the .500 mark as they rallied from an early deficit for a 5-3 win over the White Sox in front of 30,551 at Target Field. The White Sox, who have lost all four games played on their current road trip, are now just 2-10 away from U.S. Cellular Field and must beat the Twins on Sunday to avoid a four-game sweep.
