Spring is on the way.
At least that appeared to be the case at Guaranteed Rate Field on Tuesday morning as a truck full of White Sox equipment departed for spring training in Glendale, Ariz.

The team’s truck began an 1,800-mile journey at noon on Tuesday and should arrive in West Phoenix by Friday. Team officials will begin to unload the truck Friday and hope to have the major league clubhouse open for business by Monday.
