White Sox: Charlie Tilson Still Nursing Injured Right Foot

The Chicago White Sox may be without outfielder Charlie Tilson until May Colleen Kane of the Chicago Tribune reports. Tilson is still in a walking boot and could be in it for another three weeks. The 24-year-old had a stress reaction in his right foot at the start of Spring Training and a re-evaluation showed he would need to stay in the walking boot longer than expected.

This is a blow to the team, who thought they had found their starting center fielder. However, the White Sox have some options to replace Tilson.
