Charlie Tilson has yet to rule out having surgery on his right ankle. Tilson missed most of 2017 after suffering a stress fracture in his right foot and breaking his ankle. He last played in some instructional games this month. You can read more about it on MLB Trade Rumors and Baseball America.
The White Sox acquired the 24 year old in the trade that sent Zach Duke to the St. Louis Cardinals. You probably remember Tilson tore his hamstring in his debut in 2016. Obviously last season didn’t work out much better for him.
