The Chicago White Sox have an ace in Carlos Rodon. The 2014 first round draft pick had another strong start for the Sox on Friday in the team’s 1-0 win over the Cleveland Indians. Rodon pitched eight innings while allowing no earned runs.
With his stellar outing, Rodon lowered his ERA on the season to 2.61. Rodon is currently leading the majors in ERA since July 1 at 1.28. No other Sox starter has an ERA close to Rodon’s currently and the left-handed pitcher has established himself as the team’s ace for this season.
