Rudy York, C/1B, White Sox (1947), Tigers, Red Sox, Philadelphia A’s
A seven-time All-Star with 277 career homers, Rudy York played part of one season (1947) for the White Sox during his 12-year career. He arrived on the South Side after being acquired via a trade with Boston in June of ’47, proceeding to hit 15 homers while driving in 64.
