The upcoming homestand is highlighted by Harold Baines Day & a Harold Baines Hall of Fame Replica Plaque giveaway, presented by Xfinity, for the first 20,000 fans on Sunday, August 11 vs. Oakland. The White Sox will honor Baines and his induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame with a pregame ceremony. Special guests scheduled to appear include Jim Thome, Carlton Fisk, Tim Raines, Ozzie Guillen, Ron Kittle, Tony La Russa, Jim Leyland and Ken “Hawk” Harrelson. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 12:45 p.m. The real Hall of Fame plaque from Cooperstown will be on display in section 157 for fans to see.
