The White Sox are spicing things up as the team returns home for the first time since the All-Star Break! The six-game homestand against Toronto and Kansas City begins tomorrow, July 27, with a Café Spiaggia Pop-Up.
The White Sox and Levy Restaurants are collaborating with South Side native and “Top Chef” Season 15 winner Joe Flamm to serve some non-traditional ballpark fare in the Revolution Brewing #SoxSocial Tap Room (located up the stairs near Section 157) on July 27–29. The pop-up café will feature the following special menu created by Flamm and prepared by Levy Restaurants:
· Roasted Pork: an Italian pork sandwich with roasted pork belly, shaved thin and dipped in pork jus, then topped with giardiniera on a French hoagie roll
· Sausage ’n’ Peppers: grilled Nduja artisans spicy sausage, braised in Revolution beer with peppers and onions
· Castagnoles: fried doughnuts tossed in powdered sugar
Foodies doing a lap around the ballpark should also check out the Change-Up Kitchen near Section 113.
