Recently inducted to the National Baseball Hall of Fame, former White Sox player Jim Thome was honored at Guaranteed Rate Field by former teammates, family, friends and, of course, the fans.
The ceremony began with Jim’s daughter Lila performing the National Anthem as he stood along the sidelines with current White Sox players and coaching staff. The crowd cheered her on as she hit every note with ease.
Former teammates, coaches and front office staff were on field to celebrate the day with Jim. His wife, Andrea, his daughter, Lila, his son, Landon and his dad, Chuck Sr.
