Rookie Trayce Thompson continued his sizzling assault on major-league pitching with a single, double, triple and three RBI. The seventh-inning double proved to be the knockout punch as it scored the tying and winning tallies as the White Sox prevailed 5-4 over the Red Sox to even the series at 1-1. Thompson, who was a home run shy of the coveted cycle, is now batting .522 with an astronomic 1.517 OPS in his first 11 games and 23 at bats in the big leagues…Melky Cabrera and Carlos Sanchez eachadded a pair of hits and an RBI.
