White Sox starters Derek Holland and Miguel Gonzalez each pitched a pair of scoreless innings, but the Sox lost 5-4 to the Brewers in their spring finale Saturday afternoon at Miller Park. Holland allowed two hits and struck out four, and Gonzalez didn’t allow a hit and recorded one strikeout. Kyle Wren hit a bases-loaded, walk-off single off Sox prospect Connor Walsh to win it.
At the plate: Melky Cabrera hit his second homer of the spring in the first inning off Brewers right-hander Jimmy Nelson.
