Tyler Saladino hit his first homer of the spring, a solo shot, in the Sox’ 4–1 loss to the Diamondbacks in Scottsdale…RHP Reynaldo Lopez tossed three solid innings, allowing just a run and three hits while striking out three. He reached 100 mph and perhaps the most impressive part of his performance was that he struck out Arizona All-Star and MVP candidate Paul Goldschmidt twice.
