The Minnesota Twins brought their brooms, and they swept the Chicago White Sox right out of the Twin Cities.
The game started off with an eight-pitch strikeout to Charlie Tilson. As for the second inning, C.J. Cron made a great pick to rob José Rondón of a two-base hit. Dylan Covey pitched through two scoreless innings, but the game isn’t over after two.
In the third inning, Covey gave up the first hit of the game to Byron Buxton, who then stole second and advanced to third on the throw by Seby Zavala. Max Kepler doubled over the head of Charlie Tilson to drive in Buxton.
