Each Saturday night I rank the 10 best teams in the country. The order fluctuates from week to week based on new information. And like the selection committee, I attempt to reward teams with a tough strength of schedule.

This week’s edition looks quite a bit different after four of my top 10 teams from last week lost in a 24-hour span. In fact, Clemson was my No. 1 team prior to Friday night’s stunning loss at 4-3 Syracuse.
