LaRoche: 'Zero regrets' walking away from White Sox

In an exclusive interview with ABC News, former Chicago White Sox first baseman Adam LaRoche said that he had "zero regrets" about leaving the team following the team's request for him to limit the amount of time his 14-year-old son, Drake, spent in the clubhouse.

"I haven't lost an ounce of sleep," LaRoche said of the decision.

LaRoche, 36, left $13 million on the table by deciding to retire. The first baseman touched on his conversation with White Sox executive VP Ken Williams that prompted his decision, saying it took him about 20 minutes to make up his mind after they talked.
