BOSTON — Tim Anderson has plenty of information at his fingertips now that he’s in the major leagues, with detailed scouting reports and video analysis more readily available than they would’ve been in Triple-A.
But the rookie shortstop, who turned 23 on Thursday, hasn’t bogged himself down with all that data as he adjusts to facing major league pitching on a daily basis.
“It’s been good just to get in and get a lot more detail than I did in Triple-A and kind of know what the pitchers are doing,” Anderson said. “It’s been really helpful to me.
