Well, that was uneventful. Between no broadcast, no radio, and no runs, this was a spring training game to forget. The White Sox played the Cleveland Guardians, losing 1-0, with strong pitching being the main takeaway for both teams. It was a quick two hours and eight minutes of baseball, and that was that.
The only run in the game came quick in the bottom of the second inning off of Mason Adams, as “Big Christmas” Jhonkensy Noel singled and reached second on a wild pitch. Gabriel Arias singled to score him, and there came the lone 1-0 lead.
