After a scintillating steamrolling at the hands of the Bronx Bombers, the beleaguered South Side baseball club heads north of the border to take on the underachieving Blue Jays at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.
The Blue Jays open play today sitting at 20-25, last in the AL East, with the third worst run differential in the American League. The Jays are a surprising 7-8 in their own division, but only 3-7 against the middling AL Central. Don’t be surprised to see them double that win total, however, as nothing soothes a struggling offense quite like facing the worst team in baseball!
