Obviously good ol’ Nate Nolan was merely an extra set of shin guards, but the three other players had at least an outside shot at breaking camp with the White Sox.
Clearly the big disappointment here is Thyago Vieira, who saw significant time with the big club in 2018 after slowly honing his control at Triple-A Charlotte.
