Relief for White Sox relievers might be on the way.

But it will have to start with the team's starting pitchers, who have yet to complete a game through 101 after Saturday night's 5-4 loss to the Indians, a first for a franchise that began big-league play in 1901.

Sox relievers have worked at least 21/3 innings in 34 of the team's last 35 games, including at least three innings 28 times.

"We should be reported for the abuse we're putting on our relievers," Sox starter Derek Holland said. "If we're going to point fingers, I'd rather we point them at me.
