The Chicago White Sox on Tuesday announced their 2021 coaching staff, highlighted by the additions of Ethan Katz as pitching coach and Miguel Cairo as bench coach for new manager Tony La Russa.
Frank Menechino (hitting coach), Daryl Boston (first-base coach) and Curt Hasler (assistant pitching coach) return in their same roles as 2020. Joe McEwing, who had been the bench coach the last four seasons, is the third-base coach, replacing Nick Capra. McEwing held that role for the Sox from 2012-16.
