Eddie Einhorn, White Sox co-owner and vice chairman, dies

White Sox co-owner and vice chairman Eddie Einhorn has died at the age of 80, the team confirmed Thursday.

Einhorn was the Sox vice chairman for 25 years and was also the club’s president and chief operating officer for 10 years. He started his career in the broadcasting industry and spent more than 30 years in baseball.
