Carlos Rodon played catch with other White Sox pitchers at Guaranteed Rate Field on Monday afternoon while pitching coach Don Cooper observed.
But the Sox still aren’t giving any indication when Rodon might progress to throwing off a mound for the first time since being diagnosed with left biceps bursitis March 28.
Rodon, who last spoke to the media during the last week of spring training, declined comment through a Sox spokesman, who said he didn't want to distract from the team. But Cooper indicated the slow recovery is difficult for Rodon.
