OK, the entire Bulls roster stunk, and it stunk immediately. Inexplicably and immediately.
The Bulls knew the Cavs would come out angry and tough after their Game 1 loss. The Cavs did, and the Bulls turtled.
Teams always look worse when they miss shots, and the Bulls missed plenty, but they also looked as if they had no idea the Cavs could pass the ball. Like that, the Cavs shot 65 percent from the floor, including five of six from beyond the arc, to blow out to a 38-18 lead after one quarter.
