Last Night’s Highlights
There were heroes galore in the White Sox’ 12–1 victory over the Royals in the opener of the three-game series at Guaranteed Rate Field. The Sox scored a season high in runs, tied their high in hits (15) and put up an eight spot in the sixth inning — the most The Good Guys have scored in one inning since July 3, 2012 vs. Texas (nine in second inning).
With the win, the White Sox won their second straight and moved to 9–9 on the young season.
