The Cubs find themselves in the catbird seat this weekend as they travel to the South Side for a three-game series against the White Sox.
They’re virtually assured of a postseason spot, and with a 2 ½ game lead over the Brewers in the National League Central the magic number is down to eight to clinch their third straight division title.
