He is the top international free agent, according to MLB dot com. Cespedes is the younger half-brother of Yoenis Cespedes who is currently a free agent. This is another home run international free agent signing for the Chicago White Sox. If he reaches his potential as a Major Leaguer, the White Sox are going to be a truly great baseball team for a long time.
