Carson Fulmer will make his second start of the spring when the White Sox face the Padres in Cactus League play Sunday at Camelback Ranch.
The right-hander was roughed up in his first outing when Fulmer yielded four runs — one earned — in one inning during a loss to the Cubs on Feb. 27.
Fulmer will be opposed by left-hander Joey Lucchesi. Also scheduled to pitch for the Sox are Hector Santiago, Aaron Bummer, Nate Jones, Jeanmar Gomez, Thyago Vieira and Luis Avilan.
Before the game, the Sox announced they had signed left-hander Robbie Ross to a minor-league contract and the veteran is in camp.
