Carlos Rodon tries to help White Sox bounce back vs. Orioles

Left-hander Carlos Rodon will try to help the White Sox get back on track against the Orioles on Friday night at Camden Yards.

The Sox lost the series opener 10-2 on Thursday in a rough outing for left-hander John Danks.

Rodon enters with a 1-2 record and a 4.05 ERA. After allowing five earned runs in 1/3 inning on April 18, Rodon bounced back in his last start to allow two earned runs over 6 2/3 innings against the Rangers.

“As much as that hurts, and I know he doesn’t want to have a night like that, he’s been able to put it behind him and take off after that,” Sox manager Robin Ventura said.
