Free agent deals agreed upon with closer David Robertson and left fielder Melky Cabrera left the White Sox without a second- or third-round pick. They don't select again until No. 112 in the fourth round some time on Tuesday afternoon.
Hostetler believes the White Sox will be ready to add some important pieces when their time comes back around.
"As we get closer, probably at the end of tonight, we'll see what's on the board and start re-ranking those guys," Hostetler said. "We'll look at our options and kind of project what's going to happen, what we think is going to happen in the third and prepare for our fourth.
