Amateur City Elite (ACE) was started by the White Sox in 2007 to pull kids away from the dangers of inner-city life and help prepare them with the skills needed to succeed both on and off the field.
Signing Day is the culmination of just that. ACE student-athletes sign letters of intent to play baseball at the college level and put on their new school hats while parents and family smile with pride as they see all of the hard work pay off.
This year’s Signing Day was no different.
All of these student-athletes worked incredibly hard to get to where they are today.
