Nineteen games remain on the White Sox schedule and while the Good Guys are not in playoff contention, there are two major storylines to keep our excitement alive.
José Abreu and Tim Anderson, two keys to the Sox offense who are both enjoying outstanding seasons, are in pursuit of a pair of individual American League titles as they currently lead the AL in runs batted in and batting average, respectively.
Abreu, who has driven in a run in each of his last four games, is leading the league with 112 RBI and has a five RBI advantage over the Red Sox’s Rafael Devers (107).
